The following Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure that your dog(s) will be happy, comfortable and safe during its stay with us.
1. Your dog should be up to date with standard vaccinations. Vaccination for kennel cough is not necessary. Please bring the vaccination certificates with you when you arrive. Your dog must be free of fleas, ticks and worms and up to date with treatments.
2. In an emergency or if your dog becomes ill we will make every effort to contact you or your nominated emergency contact. However, your dog’s best interests are paramount and we will take your dog to our vet(s), In the event of your dog becoming ill during their stay with us we try to ensure that they see their local vet. If this is not possible, we will take them to Pelyn Veterinary group Nomansland Lostwithiel.
3. As dog boarding Cornwall is a home environment we mainly care for small dogs but make exceptions for well behaved larger dogs.
We can’t take female dogs in season or about to go into season for obvious reasons.
