Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions before completing the Booking Form
The following Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure that your dog(s) will be happy, comfortable and safe during its stay with us.

1. Your dog should be up to date with standard vaccinations. Vaccination for kennel cough is not necessary. Please bring the vaccination certificates with you when you arrive. Your dog must be free of fleas, ticks and worms and up to date with treatments.

2.  Please declare any on-going or recurring medical problem that your dog may have.

3. In an emergency or if your dog becomes ill we will make every effort to contact you or your nominated emergency contact. However, your dog’s best interests are paramount and we will take your dog to our local vet(s) We will try to ensure that they see your vet but if this is not possible, we will take them to Pelyn Veterinary group Nomansland Lostwithiel. Any treatment given will be at the discretion of the vet, and payment will be your responsibility.

4. We can’t take female dogs in season or about to go into season.

5. We do not take aggressive dogs that are aggressive to people and other dogs. If in the rare event your dog should become very aggressive and is a danger toward us or the other dogs that are boarding with us we will try to contact you or your emergency contact to rectify the problem. If this is not possible we may have to place your dog in a fully licensed kennel in Cornwall at your expense. This is for the safety and well-being of the other dogs boarding with us.

6. To minimize disruption to your dog’s routine we will feed your dog at their usual time.  We ask you to bring your dog(s) own food and provide sufficient food to cover the duration of your dog(s) stay. Please bring your dog(s) bed, bowl, collar, lead, favourite toys, food and medication if applicable.

7. If your dog(s) has good re call and comes back when called for, we can allow your dog to be off their lead on walks but we must have you express written permission on the Booking Form.

8.  If for any reason your return is delayed, please let us know as soon as possible.

9. If you have to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
